The cafe is a must! Very lovingly designed garden, quaint, cozy farmhouse. The cakes are perfect. Likewise the homemade bread. Here you will be served personally by the boss, despite your advanced age and the granddaughter (or grandchildren) always helps out. Super friendly, super quiet and worth the price

At rohdes heuerhaus you have the feeling of standing still in time no annoying mobile phone ringing or that you felt that who is writing now ... the garden is lovingly laid out and invites you to linger, even the delicious cakes or pancakes are sensational even if you are if you prefer hearty, you get homemade bread topped with different variations :)

My favorite cafe restaurant in the area :) I have been here almost weekly with my groups thanks to my work as a tour guide. Super great atmosphere like grandma's times and super delicious buckwheat pancakes (highly recommended!). You can also sit very nicely in the garden. We are always happy to be a guest of Mrs. Rohde in her incomparably beautiful cafe in Rieste. Very friendly service, homelike ambience in the house and a oasis in good weather outside in the garden. And about the homemade cakes, you just need to lose a word anyway ... UNIQUE. We look forward to the next time ... :-)

Very friendly reception and service, although we were there an hour early. It was very cold outside for a bike ride and we urgently needed a good cup of coffee. We were greeted warmly and got very good coffee and cake. Very hospitable!

A place that lures you back to another time. Generously laid out garden, natural grass, small tables and romantic pavilions with cozy cushions. The building itself is a relic of bygone times, which is also reflected in the guest room. The owner lends a hand herself and attentively entertains her guests. Then there are the baking fairies, who carry one culinary cake treat after the other from the kitchen. No matter what you taste, it is always a caress for the soul. Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, otherwise open from 2 p.m.
